My name is Ariston C. Murphy. I am an “Emotional Wellness and Healing Coach, and a multi-published “Author”. My most popular book is “The Courage to Dance Again,” finding purpose in your pain. I previously had a home care business for over 10 years, servicing clients with developmental disabilities. I have a Master’s in Christian Education, a Diploma of Theology in Black Church Studies, Child Development Associate Credential (CDA), working toward a second Master’s in Clinical Counseling, and a Certified NLP Life Coach. I am the founder of Midnight Fire Ministries, a non-profit organization 501(c)3 that currently addresses the needs of at-risk youth and families. I have an extensive background in mental health and have worked in the community and the public school system. I have developed many programs, taught various workshops, developed curriculum, and am a national and international speaker. I am passionate about empowering individuals to live beyond their pain and walk in their purpose.
I am a mom and a wife currently residing in Ohio. I am married to a beautiful man of God who has created an environment for me to flourish. His consistent love and dedication have helped me become the women that God intended me to be. My husband is a pastor, and we have a church and powerful ministry in Ghana. Together we are growing both nationally and internationally.
P.S. I love pizza, taking in nature, traveling, and creating beautiful scents, oils, and lotions.
My Heart and Soul
We came across each other for a reason. I am happy that you are taking the time to get to know me. I hope to share in your journey of pain, healing, and restoration. I want to encourage you to keep moving forward in whatever situation you find yourself in. All things change; nothing stays the same. That doesn’t mean it won’t take time because it will. I want to encourage you not to give up because help is available. Despite the traumatic events I have endured, I found a way to move forward. I’ve had to suffer through 2 divorces and being a single mother of 5. I know what it’s like to suffer abuse and not to want to live anymore. I had to endure embarrassment and shame, but by the grace of God, I am still here. I hope you will find answers, hope, and solace in the pages of my books and the things I will say when we meet. I hope that you will find something that will change your life. Although my life has not been easy, the beauty is in is my growth. I am thankful for everything that has happened because it has made me who I am today. I could not exhibit strength, wisdom, and courage without being broken. I am on the other side of pain, and it’s a beautiful sight. I had to allow the process to happen, and it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I found purpose in my pain; I found the “The Courage to Dance Again.”
